RUM & CACHACA - BRAZILIAN CRUSH

Pronounced "KA SHA SA" cachaça is a national product of Brazil.
 It is also the base ingredient of Brazilian national cocktail,
CAIPIRINHA. The major difference between cachaça and rum
is that rum is usually made from molasses, a by-product from
refineries that boil the cane juice to extract as much sugar
crystals as possible. And cachaça is made from fresh sugarcane
 juice that's fermented and distille

muddle pineapple and limes with brown sugar. cachaca lime juice and simple syrup.


PEPPER BASIL


pepper corns and sugar, basil leaves. garnish with sprig basil.

 

 

 

 

tigar rouge: muddle basil and raspberys in shaker, garnish with a bsil leaf, a raspberry and few drops of balsamic vinegar.
